  1. Your sears store in Wasilla Ak is not to good went in to get some pillows
    what a job. Found them the price on the same pillow was 2 different prices
    and when we went to fine some one I really had a hard time no one around.
    when we did get a sale lady she said it would the one price and she would
    make sure we would get it well it was a total different price in the system so we finally just left and sears lost a sale. This has happened more then once the prices marked are really not the price. Becky was the girl that helped us and very unfriendly.
    I will think twice before I go back for any kind of bedding or other things.

  5. how do you think you can stay in business? you open at 10am your competion opens at 8am. on sunday you open at noon your competion opens at 8am. I stopped in today to by some shoes,no sales people in the shoe department.The store was like a ghost town. I found the shoes I wanted and had to walk to the appliance department to pay for the shoes.The sales person was great,so its not the staff. It must be the way the store is managed.I’ll always shop at sears its just hard to see a great store slide so far down hill. thanks, Ron Watters Galesburg Il.

  6. I was shopping for a washer and dryer. Ava Smith asked if I had any questions. I asked some questions, she was very informative. She was not pushy, she said shop around here is my card and my cell #. Very honest and upfront. I did purchase both appliances. I will keep her business card and definately deal with her for further purchses.

  7. I recently bought a progressive canister vacuum cleaner in the El Cajon Sears store. I was impressed with the young man who waited on me. His name is Adam Perry. He was thorough, gracious and willing to assist me in any way he could. I can see where he is a real asset to Sears.

I was impressed with his attitude and his obvious understanding of the workings of the vacuum cleaner. He was thorough, gracious, and tried to assist me in any way he could. I can see where he is an obvious asset to Sears.

  9. I was told a week to get necklace repaired, it has been 3 weeks and still not back. Employees have could care less attitudes. Ask to speak to a Manager and you’re always told they are in a meeting. Call in and ask to speak to one, you are put on hold and then cut off. We will not be shopping Sears anymore. Sorry service and employees who could care less.
